Innovative residential property marketing agency aligned with some of Melbourne's renown property developers requires a sales and marketing coordinator to work in a team of 2 to drive all areas of advertising for multi projects.

This busy role will entail liaison with developers, coordinating all external suppliers, database management, production of newsletters and mailouts, attendance of meetings plus some assistance to 2 Directors.

Applications are invited from persons with a strong advertising / marketing background, a sharp eye for detail, an ability to meet deadlines and multitask plus some drive and energy!

The position is initially a 6 month contract with the posibility of going permanent - pending workload. Salary is commensurate with experience neg to $60K+ pro rata.
